Covid19 is the biggest threat to world since starting of year 2020. Every one afraid of Covid19 and even business shut down due to same. World under stress and tension. We have never seen such life in our lifetime. Schools and colleges are almost shutdown since March 2020 as Government of India announced lock-down.

Since June 2020 the unlock process is also started. Today on 2nd August unlock-3 is already started. But cases on increasing mode.

In between i am working on host factor of epidemiological triad. We need to really required to more focus on host factors. As epidemiologist I like to remind simple concept of epidemiological triad. There are 3 components of epidemiological triad, agent, environment and host. In this triad, the agent is coronavirus, which is a new virus, about 6–8 months old. Scientists and microbiologists are trying to understand, and this will take time. The second is environment, which is between the agent and host. Majority of the current actions such as social distancing, lockdown, hand hygiene, cough etiquettes, and environmental sanitation are mainly focusing breaking the chain of transmission. In addition, there is limited knowledge about the survival of the virus in environment. Thus, both the agent and environment have limitations. But host, why are we forgetting about the host?

Host means who? Its we, you and me. Agent will only multiply and develop disease if host is weak means susceptible host. Why should host to get weak or susceptible? Its very difficult to get answer but not impossible. If we try you can make yourself strong and make disease mid or asymptomatic. Also dont forget majority of covid19 cases are either mild or asymptomatic as everyone reporting. So there must be some peculiarity of host where disease is developing. Can we identify such poor host or host with poor health or you can say poor immunity?
Yes thats best answer.
I tried to search tool to measure immunity status tool, but i did not able to find. So finally i decided to make subjective tool for immunity assessment. It is not complete but its first had try. There are many scope of improvement. This is first from my side, i may be wrong.
I am open and asking readers to help to improve same so in future we can focus more on such tool.

Tool has simple 20 questions and giving score. Score at the end and interpretations. Read last score page completer to get your correct and wrong answer. I tried to give some scientific literature with each question. How that particular event is going to affect your immunity?

You can try and comment and share if you like
